Shipping information

At Radha Signature, we carefully pack every order before dispatch. Orders will be processed and dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is included in the displayed product prices. No additional shipping charge is added at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

Orders delivered within Karnataka are generally expected to reach the customer within 4–5 days after dispatch. Orders delivered outside Karnataka are generally expected to reach the customer within 10–12 days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, holidays and other circumstances beyond Radha Signature's control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, mobile number and PIN code. Radha Signature will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Courier & Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, the customer may receive the courier and tracking details through the registered email address. Orders are packed and dispatched manually through India Post Speed Post. The store adds tracking details after booking the parcel. Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, strikes, courier delays or other circumstances beyond Radha Signature's control.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a shipment is delayed or delivery is unsuccessful, Radha Signature will coordinate with the courier partner where reasonably possible. Customers are requested to cooperate with the courier company for successful delivery.
