However, slight differences in colour may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Traditional handloom and handcrafted sarees may also have minor variations or irregularities that are characteristic of the manufacturing process.

Prices & Availability

Product prices and availability may change from time to time. Radha Signature reserves the right to update prices, product information and availability without prior notice.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed after successful order placement and payment confirmation, where applicable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Radha Signature reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or inventory errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Technical errors
• Other legitimate reasons

Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed through Razorpay. For Cash on Delivery orders, when offered, payment is collected on delivery. Customers agree to provide accurate information required for order processing and delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Radha Signature Exchange & Refund Policy published on the website. Customers are requested to read the policy carefully before placing an order.
